In this class we will be focusing on butchery and how to cook proteins perfectly. You will be guided through different varieties of proteins and methods of cooking to make sure you achieve the perfect technique, we will be utilising every part of the animal to show you some delicious recipes and guide you through all things steak and even cook your very own tomahawk pork chop for your lunch with us!
