In this class, we will focus on butchery and mastering the art of cooking proteins to perfection. You’ll be guided through a variety of techniques to achieve exceptional results every time. Learn how to prepare and cook a show-stopping Beef Wellington, create a classic Steak au Poivre, and perfect the art of crafting steak sauces. We’ll also delve into the secrets of cooking steak flawlessly and introduce you to the rich flavours of a Lamb ‘Lancashire Hotpot.’ A day dedicated to elevating your skills and celebrating the best of meat cookery!
