The Northcote wine list has been curated over many years – a labour of love that reflects the best wines of every country and every style of grape varietal. It is a vital and integral part of the dining experience at Northcote. Years of meticulous research, tasting and sourcing by Craig Bancroft and his skilled team has resulted in an award-winning wine selection that is constantly expanding and evolving. The result is a vast archive that means there is always a perfect pairing for the beautiful dishes created in the Northcote kitchen.

There are currently 650 wines on the Northcote wine list, which is overseen by managing director and wine director Craig Bancroft, a food and wine enthusiastic with a superior nose, a true passion for fine wine and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the world’s best wine regions and varieties.
