Craig wins top industry award at Hotel Cateys for his Outstanding Contribution in hospitality

We are absolutely thrilled that last night Craig was recognised at a glittering ceremony in London where he was awarded The Hotel Catey’s Outstanding Achievement Award.

These awards were created to recognise and reward individuals and teams who lead the way to make sure their business delivers and exceptional guest experience.

There is no doubt that Craig Bancroft is a worthy winner. We could not be more proud of Craig who is a pioneering leader in the industry, loved and respected by his team; industry peers and guests alike. This award came as a complete surprise on the night, Craig was honoured to receive this recognition and was over the moon that his son Christopher Bancroft, who is following in his footsteps, now Operations Manager at The Newt in Somerset, was there to celebrate with him on the night.
