A day spent in the kitchen with Northcote's Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen. Supported by Bruno, Lisa will guide you through some fantastic recipes, allowing you to easily recreate them with stunning results. May flavours will fill the cookery school as you create three of Lisa's favourite dishes.

• Wye Valley Asparagus, Sheep's Curd, Sorrel
