We've trawled Northcote's menu archives from the last couple of years to put together a stunning set of dishes to serve up at your own dinner party. You'll learn time-saving prep ideas with head tutor Bruno & junior tutor Emma as you work your way through the elements to create a dinner party menu to wow your guests.

You will be cooking:

  • Salmon Gravlax
  • Roast Collar of Pork, Braised Pig's Cheek, Cabbage & Mash
  • Melting Ginger Pudding

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
