Sweet or savoury, everyone has a favourite pie or pudding -it's the ultimate comfort food. Taste the traditional favourites before creating them yourself and pick up some lesser known traditions like putting cheese with Apple Pie! You're bound to come away from this day with a feeling of contentment.
You will be cooking:

  • Cheese & Onion Pie 
  • Raised Pork Pie
  • Chuck Steak and Ale Pie
  • Mutton Pudding (demonstration)
  • Apple Pie, Condensed Milk, Lancashire Crumbly
  • Treacle Sponge Pudding & Custard

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
  • Dine in the restaurant, enjoy a 2-course lunch and a glass of wine
