The course is designed to balance just the right amount of demonstration, technical tuition, hands on cookery and tastings.

You will be cooking:

• Treacle Cured Salmon, Lime & Ginger Marshmallow
• Lancashire Lamb Wellington, Scorched Leeks, Lamb Jus
• Apple Crumble Soufflé
