Meat Feast – Vol 2

In this class we will be focusing on butchery and how to cook proteins perfectly. If you are looking for how to master the perfect roast chicken or butcher your very own lamb loin, this one is for you. You will be guided through different varieties of proteins and methods of cooking to make sure you achieve the perfect technique, we will be utilising every part of the animal to show you some delicious recipes and guide you through all things steak and even cook your very own tomahawk pork chop for your lunch with us!


You will be cooking:

These may vary on the day depending on market availability.

  • The perfected roasted Herb buttered chicken crown, diane sauce
  • Lamb wellington, red win sauce, glazed faggot, braised leeks
  • Tomahawk pork chop, mustard compound butter, hispi dressed cabbage, Lisa’s 50/50 mash

  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast
