Learn to craft light and fluffy Rum Babas, and silky Crème Patisserie to elevate your creations and the iconic Madeleines with their elegant shell-like appearance. Perfect your technique with decadent Eclairs and finish with the show-stopping Tart au Citron, a timeless dessert bursting with zesty flavour. A day filled with indulgence and precision awaits!
