COVID SAFETY MEASURES

Due to the Covid pandemic, we have had to make changes to the delivery of each course, which is mainly reducing numbers to ensure safe social distancing.
BBQ Courses will remain a maximum of 8 guests as we utilise the Cookery School courtyard.

All our cookery classes to a maximum of 4 individuals, or more subject to bookings from the same household.
Please read our Covid policy which explain the safety measures we have implemented throughout the hotel and restaurant.

Comfort Food: Pies & Puds

Sweet or savoury, everyone has a favourite pie or pudding -it’s the ultimate comfort food. Taste the traditional favourites before creating them yourself and pick up some lesser known traditions like putting cheese with Apple Pie! You’re bound to come away from this day with a feeling of contentment.

What you will cook:

  • Cheese & Onion Pie
  • Pork Pie
  • Chuck Steak and Ale Pie
  • Apple Pie, Condensed Milk, Lancashire Crumbly
  • Treacle Sponge Pudding & Custard

  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast
