Due to the Covid pandemic, we have had to make changes to the delivery of each course, which is mainly reducing numbers to ensure safe social distancing.
All our cookery classes will have a maximum of 4 individuals, or more subject to bookings from the same household.

One of the best things about Christmas is the food. Indulge your sweet tooth in some of the finest festive bakes with a little Christmas spirit thrown in too. The finished dishes are sure to bring smiles to faces!

What you will be making:

  • Granny’s Christmas Pudding
  • Brandy Sauce
  • Northcote Viennese Mince Pies
  • Brandy Butter
  • Northcote Christmas Cake
  • Mulled Wine

Included in this course:

  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast
  • 2-course lunch in the restaurant with a glass of wine

Our cookery school uses induction hobs which should be used with care by anyone who has a pacemaker.
