This course takes you to the heart of the Mediterranean, in Sicily, the home of flavour. An ancient crossroads of cultures and tastes, its exceptionally fertile soil, bathed in sunlight, has inspired stunningly simple creations for centuries. Using carefully sourced produce, you’ll explore traditional recipes and techniques, creating beautifully shaped pasta, a vibrant Seabass Puttanesca, and a rich, creamy Classic Carbonara. To finish, indulge in a decadent Tiramisu that perfectly captures the essence of Sicily.
