Lisa Goodwin-Allen has been behind the stoves at Northcote since 2001. In 2004, at the age of 23, she became Head Chef, and in 2017 she was made Executive Chef. Northcote has held a Michelin Star since 1996 and Lisa’s dishes draw on inspiration from the Ribble Valley landscape.
