One of our most popular courses, this is your chance to pick up the best BBQ tips without getting hot under the collar!

Spend the morning learning how to prepare for the ultimate barbecue dinner party. Learn which cuts are best for marinating, how to butcher a chicken and all about accompaniments. We’ll light the fires at lunch time & spend the afternoon grazing through the recipes. You’ll watch and make lots of food to try, or if you wish you may take it home to enjoy in the evening.
