Celebrate the bank holiday weekend with a choice of two cocktails. Our barmen’s Easter favourites are perfect for the weekend, whether you enjoy a refreshing drink in the garden, or a rich, sweet cocktail after dark.
Garden Party
Elegant flavours of elderflower, mint and lime added to your favourite gin will be an absolute hit, whatever the weather!
Ingredients
50ml Tanqueray Rangpur Gin
Handful of mint
Fever Tree Sicilian Lemonade
Elderflower cordial
Dash of lime juice
Method
Add all the ingredients into a lager glass. Top with ice and gently stir. Garnish with a small wedge of lime and a sprig of fresh mint.
The Easter Egg
An indulgent treat that will really hit your sweet spot. It is rich, satisfying and simply delicious!
Ingredients
40ml Baileys Irish cream
30ml Frangelico (Hazelnut Liqueur)
20ml Creme de Cacao White
20ml Almond or Oat milk
Method
Add all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigourously and strain into a chiled coupe glass.
