A celebratory menu
Executive Chef Lisa Goodwin-Allen will present each course during the evening which have been specially created for St George’s Day using some of her favourite ingredients grown, reared or produced in England.
Beautifully matched English wines
The wine team have partnered the exquisite menu with English wines produced from the counties of Dorset, Gloucestershire, Sussex and Hampshire. Each wine has been handpicked to complement Lisa’s dishes.
