Wellness and Lifestyle at Northcote
Wellness and Lifestyle Day at Northcote with Veronica Simister
Escape the every day and give yourself some well-earned time out!
Are you feeling overwhelmed by the constant demands of modern life? We are providing you with an opportunity to press pause.
Join us for a transformative day, introducing you to a ‘taster’ of how you can see things differently, realise change and process life in a much kinder, more helpful and healthier way.
It has become commonplace for both our personal and business lives to feel challenging and stressful. So here is something new for Northcote, we are offering you a day where you have the opportunity to look at life and what we class as ‘normal’ rushing around, feeling stressed and pressured in a completely different way.
This is a day just to think about you, guided by the inspiring Veronica Simister, a Transformation Guide and a specialist in her field. Veronica’s work is centred around a different way of looking at yourself and at life (at material things, people, situations and circumstances) and she says: “We have all been conditioned (trained/programmed) from young through the influences of our caregivers, socio-economic status, culture, religion or no religion to ‘think’ in a certain way. Our main focus is looking out into the world for everything – and that includes love, appreciation and approval – and it doesn’t work! The way we have been conditioned to process life is unhelpful and is often destructive and painful. That said, there is a way out of our conditioning. There is a step-by-step method to realise change – and to process life in a much kinder, more helpful and healthier way.”
Throughout the day, Veronica will bring to life how you can “change the way you look at things, so the things you look at change!” Definitely a day giving you food for thought and yes, of course, there will be a wonderful lunch.
Unwind and recharge in the serene surroundings of Northcote, providing the perfect backdrop for reflection and inner peace.

Veronica is a Transformation Guide, Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) Practitioner, Heal Your Life Teacher (Louise Hay philosophy), Storyteller and Reiki Master. She is also qualified in many other self-development and personal growth disciplines that enhance and support the work she does with individuals and groups. Veronica is a specialist in her field with a wealth of knowledge and experience spanning 28 years.
Veronica’s talk will provide you with an opportunity to sample and ‘experience’ the power of her work – the power of ‘changing the way you look at things, so the things you look at change’.
Veronica will be sharing how we have been conditioned (trained/programmed) to think, feel and behave in very unhelpful ways that negatively impact both our mental and physical health. Bringing this into our awareness affords us the opportunity to open up to seeing things in a different way – so we can operate from a more grounded and clear-headed position, function well and process life as it is – which is both sensible and intelligent.
