This clever wine preservation system lets you pour wine without removing the cork, so you can have as much as you like and enjoy the rest of the bottle another day. Your favorite wines should never be compromised – neither should your choice of when and how to enjoy them and Coravin gives you the freedom to pour the wine you desire, and save the rest of the bottle for weeks, months, or even years.

How does Coravin work?
Coravin uses smart technology to access the wine in the bottle while also keeping the oxygen from hitting it. Coravin has a small, hollow needle that pierces through the cork. From there, Argon gas is injected into the bottle. Once the bottle is pressurised, it allows you to siphon the wine out of the bottle into your glass (and your stomach!). After you remove the needle, the cork reseals itself so you can take out as little or as much wine as you choose.
Drink a glass of red wine while your companion drinks white. Pair your wine with your dinner courses rather than limiting to the same bottle. There is now no need to wait for a special occasion and no pressure to finish or waste it!
