Obsession 22: The best yet!
After a two year wait, Obsession made its welcome return, bursting back onto the food scene to bring even more world-class chefs together for an incredible showcase of culinary talent.
It was wonderful to see friends and chefs re-united and new friendships beginning, all bound by a shared passion for fine cuisine and wines.

Stunning Scallops
Sustainable fishing was high on the agenda as seafood from Cornwall, Orkney and the Isle of Skye proved popular. Hand-dived scallops were a particularly prevalent ingredient this year with 10 of the 15 chef nights featuring them on their menus.
Friends coming together
It was a year to celebrate friendships and forge new ones.
Delectable Desserts
From cocoa to lemon, seasonal flavours were transformed into stunning desserts as the guest chefs gave their all to the final dish of the night.
The Driving Force at Obsession
Our official car of Obsession22, Porsche ensured safe and high class travel for our guest chefs. They travelled in the Macan GTS and Taycan Cross Turismo models.
The Ruby Red 911 GT3 was a real headturner, attracting attention as it was proudly displayed throughout the 15 day festival.
Caviar
It’s never Obsession without it! Our caviar sponsor Sturia by Classic Fine Foods helped guest chefs spoon the delicacy atop inspiring dishes, adding a new dimension of flavour to colourful plates.
New Obsession Gin Launched
Exciting flavour combinations went beyond the kitchen too this year with the launch of Northcote’s very first gin. Inspired by botanicals from the Ribble Valley, we scoured the local landscape from the Northcote gardens to the coast; from marshes to hedgerows, discovering exciting flavours that marry together in this very special gin.
