Gender Paygap Statement 2018

At Northcote Leisure Group we are committed to being an inclusive and diverse organisation where everyone can achieve their full potential.

We are an equal opportunities employer and believe pay, bonus and position should be a reflection of performance over any other factor.

The table below shows our overall mean and median hourly gender pay gap and bonus pay gap at the snapshot date of 5th April 2017 for Pay and in the 12 month reference period up to 5th April 2017 for bonuses.

At the snapshot date we employed 218 Males and 202 Females.

 

Proportions of Males and Females Receiving a Bonus Payment:

Male - 22.02%
Female - 16.83%

 

We are committed to fair pay irrespective of gender and will continue to regularly review our policies and practices, including proactively reviewing decisions related to annual pay and bonus awards.
