Lisa Goodwin-Allen, Northcote Executive Chef and Ben Tish, Culinary Director at The Stafford London have had the privilege of working with The Game & Wildlife Trust. Ben, who wrote the foreword was instrumental in bringing together 101 chefs and food writers to contribute to the stunning Glorious Game charity cookbook. All proceeds from the book will directly benefit The Moorland Communities Trust and The Wildlife Conservation Trust.

On this special evening the pair join forces in their expertise to celebrate Game, showcasing this incredibly healthy meat with its unique, fresh & vibrant flavours which is a glorious extension to the chef's larder in the winter season.
