This evening we are honoured and privileged to welcome truffle experts Pierre-Jean and Babe Pébeyre and our good friend Ken Hom for a unique evening celebrating truffles.

The result is one very special, aromatic and exquisitely delicious evening with an opportunity to also meet the Pébeyres, Ken and Nigel.

Surrounded by mystery, the black truffle’s price, rarity and extraordinary aroma gives it a truly special status. They are are an exquisite blend of ‘chocolate and earth’ and richly deserve being referred to as the ‘Diamonds of Périgord’
