Fish is one of the most underrated ingredients and in the UK we just don’t appreciate the wealth of flavours the seas can offer us all around our great British Isles. This full day course will teach you the skills needed to prepare fish properly and the best way to preserve and enhance the rich flavours and nutritional benefits this food group can offer.

To include:

  • Fillet a flat fish
  • Scallop – preparation and cooking 
  • Curing your own fish
  • Ultimate Fish and Chips
  • Homemade Tartare Sauce
