The perfect dessert can be achieved at home! This course will teach you the basics of some of Northcote’s classic dessert recipes, including a favourite of our very own Executive Head Chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen. You will be able to take home what you have made on the day but it’s up to you if you want to share!

You will be cooking:

  • Apple “Cheesecake”
  • Lisa’s Banoffee Pie
  • Bakewell Soufflé
  • “Seasonal Surprise”

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
  • Dine in the restaurant, enjoy a 2-course lunch and a glass of wine
  • Cream Tea
  • Northcote Cookery School Apron
  • Information pack and all the food you have prepared to take home
