Creating a memorable end to the year will be a whole lot easier - head tutor Bruno has created a sumptuous menu fit for a celebration any time of the year. 

The dishes are inspired by those from Northcote's Michelin-star menus; they're sure to wow you and your guests.

Pop the Champagne on ice, it's going to be very special.

You will be cooking:

  • Treacle Cured Salmon, Pickled Ginger, Beansprouts, Coriander with West Coast Scallop
  • Steak Rossini
  • Black Cherry Bomb
