The dishes are inspired by those from Northcote's Michelin-star menus; they're sure to wow you and your guests.

- Treacle Cured Salmon, Pickled Ginger, Beansprouts, Coriander with West Coast Scallop
- Steak Rossini
- Black Cherry Bomb
- Full day course tuition
