Simple food done well is a real treat. Head tutor Bruno has a myriad of pub food experience; the former executive head chef of the Torridon pub and group head chef of Ribble Valley Inns is passionate about a flavour-packed plate of proper pub classics.
Learn how to do the classics properly, starting with the best ingredients, finishing with the plating up and a touch of finesse on the presentation.
