9am - 4.30/5.30pm




Inspired by the beautifully decorated patisserie in French bakeries, these are junior tutor Emma's favourite delicate cakes, tarts and treats. She will show you how to get the best results and some top decoration and flavour tips, giving you the knowledge to create instagrammable delicacies.

You will be making:

  • Madeleines
  • Macarons
  • Strawberry Sable Tart
  • Eclairs - demonstration
  • Palmiers - using your own rough puff pastry
  • Creme Patissier - demonstration

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
