Dining at Northcote is a fantastic experience and we want you to be able to take a little bit of that home with you by offering this full day course based on modern Northcote recipes. Dishes inspired by our Executive Chef, Lisa Goodwin-Allen from a recent seasonal menu at Northcote. You will cook the starter & eat it in the Cookery School before enjoying a 2 course-lunch (Main Course & Dessert) in the Northcote restaurant. You will take home the main course & dessert you have prepared.

You will be cooking:

  • Juniper Cured Sea Trout, Wild Herbs, Wasabi
  • Cornfed Goosnargh Chicken, Herb Butter, Wild Mushroom, New Potatoes
  • Raspberry & Chocolate Pavlova, Sheep’s Milk & Nut Ice Cream

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
