If you’ve caught the “Bake Off" bug and want to improve your own baking skills, why not discover the joys of home baking supported by our excellent guidance. On the popular foundation course, you’ll learn some of the basic ground rules for baking, building up your skills from using a straightforward all in one method to advancing onto the folding technique. We’ll share some classic house recipes & teach you how to make Northcote's very own ginger biscuits.

You will be cooking:

  • Salted Caramel & Chocolate Tart, Chocolate Pastry
  • "Blackpool Rock" Swiss Roll
  • Northcote's Ginger Biscuits
  • Lemon and Poppy Seed Drizzle Cake

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
