Introduction

If you’ve been on our Beginner’s Breadmaking course or you already know a thing or two about baking bread at home, then this course is your next step up. We won’t be going through the same basics as on our Beginner’s Breadmaking course so foundation knowledge is recommended. We’ll be guiding you through some trickier doughs and introduce you to our sour mother!

You will be cooking:

  • English Milk Loaves
  • Homemade Malted Bagels
  • Eccles Breakfast Buns
  • The 24 Hour Sour Dough - English Rye Bread and Onion & Caraway Seed Rolls
