Northcote's organic kitchen garden is packed with a fantastic range of fruit, vegetables and herbs which make the short journey to Lisa's kitchen. Head Gardener Phill Dewhurst will introduce you to the bounty grown right here at Northcote before you will choose some incredible seasonal ingredients to use in your dishes.
Don't forget to bring along suitable footwear to walk around the garden and a jacket in case the English weather doesn’t behave!


Pick your own ingredients from the gardens then make the few steps back to the cookery school to use them in some fantastic recipes which let the freshness of the produce really shine through.
