The classic flavours of French cuisine are unmistakeable. If, like head tutor Bruno, you love French food, this will be a day to remember.


The menu is handpicked from some of the finest establishments and matches together dishes which complement each other. The crepes are from early in Bruno's career at Gleneagles!

You will be making:

  • French Onion Soup
  • Duck Leg Cassoulet
  • Crepes Suzette
Cookery School students
