‘Ey up chuck! Quite often we don’t know much about our local food heritage so on this day you will learn lots about the flavours of Lancashire, and will have a go at both traditional and modern version of classic Lancashire recipes, including a few personal favourites of our very own Head Tutor, Bruno Birkbeck.

You will be cooking:

  • Take home a Hotpot for four (including the bakeware)
  • Eccles Cake Dessert
  • Potted Shrimps & English Muffin
