The smell of baking bread is one of life’s most simple pleasures – take part in this course and your home too could be filled with the most amazing smells of classic bread recipes, including Northcote’s famous Cheese Bread Roll. You will also have chance to try some of the trickier bread recipe styles, guaranteed to make this day fun and challenging!

You will be cooking:

  • Northcote Cheese Bread Rolls
  • Sticky Eccles Buns
  • Brioche
  • Rustic French Boule

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
