It's the time of year we all get a little obsessed with baking. Tutors Bruno and Emma have compiled a menu of their all time favourites from all corners of Britain. There won't be too many technical challenges here, and definitely no soggy bottoms, just great recipes that might become your own signature bakes, and maybe even showstoppers!

You will be making:

  • Victoria Swiss Roll
  • Lemon Meringue Pie - Curd & Italian Meringue (demonstration)
  • Sacher Torte
  • GingerbreadĀ Loaf
  • Emmas 'Rascal'

Course Includes.

  • One-day course tuition
  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast option
