Autumn provides a veritable larder of delicacies for the experimental home cook. This masterclass will be run by Lisa Goodwin-Allen and supported by Bruno.

You will be cooking:

  • Cappucino of Wild Mushrooms, Herb Essence, Funky Cheese on Toast
  • Pan Roasted Loin of Venison, Autumn Girolles, Wilted Spinach, Black Pudding Tumbleweed, Pickled Damsons
  • Orchard Plums, Basil Ice Cream, Honeycomb
