9am - 4.30/5.30pm




As the days turn colder and the nights become longer, we all like to indulge in some delicious treats. Warming, comforting and fun to cook, these dishes will light up your kitchen during the darker days of the year. With the main emphasis on slow cooking, you’ll learn a full array of skills on this fun and varied course. All you need to do when you get back home is light the fire and tuck in!

You will be cooking:

  • Northcote Fishcake
  • Braised Ox Cheek, Autumn Vegetables, Smoked Bone Marrow Mash, Winter Greens, Glazed Carrots 
  • Mulled Pear Tart Fine, Liquorice Dust, Orange Syllabub
