It's time to fill the Cookery School - and your home - with some incredible freshly-baked bread aromas. Step into the world of craft baking for the day as you learn about the traditional techniques and the different flours you can use to achieve a variety of textures and flavours. Flour up your work surface and get stuck into making the oldest baked food in the world!

• Sourdough Loaf in a day
• Sourdough Cheese Biscuits
• Sourdough Crumpets
• Sourdough Pancakes and selection of toppings: Blueberry, Northcote Black Bee Honey and Creme Fraiche, Caramelised Apple and Cinnamon, Classic Lemon and Sugar
