Pub Classics

Simple food done well is a real treat.

Head tutor Bruno has a myriad of pub food experience; the former executive head chef of the Torridon pub and group head chef of Ribble Valley Inns is passionate about a flavour-packed plate of proper pub classics.

Learn how to do the classics properly, starting with the best ingredients, finishing with the plating up and a touch of finesse on the presentation.

You will be cooking:

  • Ultimate Burger
  • Posh Fish & Chips
  • Fish Pie
  • Buttermilk Chicken in a Basket
  • Knickerbocker Glory
  • Sticky Toffee Pudding

Included in this course:

  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast
  • 2-course lunch in the restaurant with a glass of wine
  • Afternoon Tea and Coffee with treats
  • Northcote Cookery School Apron and bag
  • The recipe pack from the day
  • All the food you have prepared to take home
