If the thought of making your own pasta is exciting but scary, a hands-on day learning the staples could be just what you need to give you the confidence to go for it at home.
By the end of the day you’ll have prepared an Italian feast ready to be shared in true Italian style – around a big table with a glass of red wine.
What you will cook:
- Pasta
- Pizza demo
- Duck & Foie Gras Risotto
- Garlic Focaccia
- Crostata Tart (a sweet tart filled with jam)
