Due to the Covid pandemic, we have had to make changes to the delivery of each course, which is mainly reducing numbers to ensure safe social distancing.
BBQ Courses will remain a maximum of 8 guests as we utilise the Cookery School courtyard.

All our cookery classes to a maximum of 4 individuals, or more subject to bookings from the same household.

One of our most popular courses, this is your chance to pick up the best BBQ tips without getting hot under the collar!

Spend the morning learning how to prepare for the ultimate barbecue dinner party. Learn which cuts are best for marinading, how to butcher a chicken and all about accompaniments. We’ll light the fires at lunch time & spend the afternoon grazing through the recipes. You’ll watch and make lots of food to try, or if you wish you may take it home to enjoy in the evening.

Dishes on the day will be chosen from:

  • Himalayan Salt Brick King Prawns
  • Buttermilk Chicken Spatchcock
  • Curried Lamb Kebab

Our cookery school uses induction hobs which should be used with care by anyone who has a pacemaker.
