Making bread at home is both a treat and a satisfying experience. This course will take you through the Northcote bread-making philosophy, guiding you from crafting authentic New York Bagels to mastering the art of rich Chocolate Babka, flavourful Northcote ‘Tear & Share’ Bread, and a classic Crusty White Loaf. You’ll also learn the secrets behind shaping a beautifully rustic Fougasse. By the end of the course, you’ll have the confidence to create spectacularly delicious bread at home. This course is suitable for vegetarians but is not suitable for gluten-free diets.
Please ensure your party size is correct before proceeding with your booking.
Our cookery school uses induction hobs which should be used with care by anyone who has a pacemaker.
