Step into the world of craft baking and get stuck into making the oldest baked food in the world. It’s time to fill the Cookery School and your home with some incredible freshly-baked bread aromas.

Flour up your work surface as you learn hands-on traditional techniques and different flours to achieve a variety of textures and flavours.

You will be making:

  • Sourdough Loaf in a day
  • Sourdough Cheese Biscuits
  • Sourdough Crumpets
  • Sourdough Pancakes and selection of toppings: Blueberry, Northcote Black Bee Honey and Creme Fraiche, Caramelised Apple and Cinnamon, Classic Lemon and Sugar
  • Your own sourdough starter to take home

Included in this course:

  • Morning tea & coffee served with light breakfast
  • 2-course lunch in the restaurant with a glass of wine
  • Afternoon Tea and Coffee with treats
  • Northcote Cookery School Apron and bag
  • The recipe pack from the day
  • All the food you have prepared to take home

Our cookery school uses induction hobs which should be used with care by anyone who has a pacemaker.
