Led by seasoned grill masters, this course ensuring by the end of this course, you’ll be the undisputed BBQ Master at any gathering. All are welcome; all you need is a passion for fire and flavour.

Please note that the dishes you prepare will be paired with wine throughout the day. You may wish to arrange transport to and from Northcote so that you can thoroughly enjoy your wine flight. Non-alcoholic alternatives can be requested.
