That’s because a whole week is given over to some of the top chefs in the world who gather here for the sheer joy of getting together and performing their magic for a truly appreciative audience.

The list of previous chefs reads like a Who’s Who of the best in the business and the cast for 2007 is no exception. 7 nights of unadulterated eating pleasure… matched by a choice of some of the finest wines available today. The problem isn’t deciding which night to attend... it’s whether places will be available!
