Secrets From The Kitchens of Northcote
Nigel's cookery days are the perfect chance for you to learn how to cook delicious food at home. Nigel share his expertise on techniques and local ingredients, teaching you how to make the most out of each recipe, while Craig gives you tips on the wines that will perfectly complement the dishes you learn to make. You also get the chance to purchase local seasonal produce from Nigel's local food heroes.
There will be cookery days at Northcote and at our venue at Ewood Park with the Northcote at the Rovers team.
The dates for Nigel's cookery courses in 2010 have yet to be released, we will advise the dates as soon as possible.
