Northcote gardens

The Northcote gardens have evolved through the past 25 years and have become Nigel's passion.

Considerable investment is now being placed into the development of the landscape gardens, private bedroom gardens and his own working garden to enhance our guest's stay even more.

For the last 12 months Nigel has been working with Theresa Potter, who is one of the North's leading garden designers who works alongside Transform Landscapes along with his Head Gardener Andrew Mellin who has been working these gardens since 2003.

The Northcote gardens have now completed the two year process of inspection with the Soil Association and since October 2007 have been fully registered as Organic.

All produce grown in the gardens, with the exception of fruit which is a three year process, complies with the rigorous, inspection standards and regulations of the Soil Association.
