Brockman’s Bramble Cocktail
50ml Brockmans Gin
25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Crème de Mure (Blackberry Liqueur)
1. Shake the gin, lemon and sugar syrup over ice.
2. Add to a chilled old fashioned glass (tumbler) that is filled with crushed ice.
3. Pour the blackberry liqueur over the top of the drink.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel and some frozen blackberry filaments.*
*for the filaments;
Freeze a handful of blackberries over 48hours.
Then remove and give them a good whack with a small pan, they should break into individual filaments to garnish your drink.
