As the summer progresses, the abundance of fantastic produce is overwhelming.

Nigel has been working with his producers to find the very best produce to use in his menus for August and all the menus have changed to offer you some new dishes to celebrate our regional summer produce.


A la carte menu

One of the most important factors of serving up a great Hotpot is having the right dish and Nigel has researched this in detail to create a pot in the traditional way, hand thrown from stoneware clay.

Nigel has turned to the experience and knowledge of Hook Norton Pottery, owned and run by Russell Collins in Oxfordshire, who now produce these pots exclusively for Nigel.
